Some pictures of the pieces that i choosed from Rick Owens’s fall’08 collection

I adore his cuts and i really like his avant garde, dark, edgy fashion style. He also uses lots of different kind of materials and cloths in most independent and distinctive way. For instance, he combines patchwork of cashmere with metallic leather or he uses mink with faded denim with unique zippers. I really liked his collection for fall ’08.
In most of his collections; he inspires from paintings and sculptures. For his fall’08 collection, he states that “I lifted from “Lee Bontecou ” that I’m telling everyone.”
